Back to encourage volunteerism and the spirit of altruism, Singapore’s Social Cause Music Festival, Music For A Cause (MFAC) returns for its 4th Edition in 2019 as part of Singapore’s YouthX Festival.
Organised by Love Action Project, the festival will feature 13 local bands and artists – Jack & Rai, 53A and Charlie Lim to name a few – and is headlined by jazz vocalist, Joanna Dong.
The aim of MFAC is to generate awareness and funding for the social causes that they support like Singapore Reefs (OSR), Campus PSY (Peer Support For Youths) and Babes. This year, they’ll be supporting 16 different social causes.
MFAC will also have an Interactive Zone where you can find out more about the social causes and support the local businesses and organisations as well as a Music Zone for you to jive and dance to the bands performing.
The event will take place over two days – 3 and 4 August 2019 at the OCBC Arena Park.
